My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right near Ben Thanh market and many shops. The staff were accommodating and helpful, but I encountered some issues with cleanliness and dining. The breakfast lacked variety, and the initial room we were assigned had a moldy smell, which was disappointing. However, once we moved rooms, the experience improved significantly.
