I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel spa. The atmosphere was soothing, and the treatment I received was rejuvenating. It was a perfect way to unwind after exploring the bustling city. While the spa team was good, I did find slightly better specialists in Mui Ne, but it was still a lovely experience overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, right near Ben Thanh market and many shops. The staff were accommodating and helpful, but I encountered some issues with cleanliness and dining. The breakfast lacked variety, and the initial room we were assigned had a moldy smell, which was disappointing. However, once we moved rooms, the experience improved significantly.

My experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was excellent, right in the heart of HCMC with easy access to markets and attractions. The cleaning staff truly deserve a mention for their efforts, as the rooms were sparkling clean. However, the service from some staff members was disappointing, and I had issues with room comfort and noise. Overall, it felt like the hotel could benefit from some serious improvements in service and room quality.

The staff is very accommodating and there’s a nice free high tea in the afternoons. However, the room sizes can be quite cramped, especially if you're not in one of their better rooms.
